Paul is the Managing Director of Bennett’s Legal Limited and started the firm in 2009. He was born and raised in Shrewsbury and lives with his family in Shropshire. Solicitors in Shrewsbury is part of his commitment to the local community, including business community, by making access to high quality advice as simple as possible.

The firm was started because Paul felt that the community in Shrewsbury needed a boutique law firm of Solicitors in Shrewsbury focusing on employment law and business matters rather than high street services such conveyancing and personal injury.

Harjinder Kandola – Solicitor

Company and Commercial Assistant Solicitor

In July 2009 Harjinder became the first employee of Bennett’s Legal just weeks after its launch. Harjinder joined as a paralegal and her obvious potential meant she was quickly promoted to become a Trainee Solicitor. Harjinder qualified as a solicitor in January 2012 and now works alongside Paul on Company and Commercial matters

She now works with Paul Bennett on commercial and company matters. She enjoys working through issues that are complex and unique for clients.

Charlotte Bateman – Solicitor

Charlotte joined the firm in February 2010 following qualification with a leading international firm for whom she worked in Birmingham and Paris. Charlotte speaks fluent French and can advise French business owners operating in the UK on employment law here in the UK.

An employment and commercial litigation specialist Charlotte enjoys acting for individuals and companies across the UK and works with a number of local businesses by providing Human Resources support on our Employment Helpline Service.  As part of the Solicitors in Shrewsbury service from Bennett’s Legal Limited she offers training to clients line managers.
